Craig has close working relationships with several renowned Scottish food and drink brands from Brown Forman, Macallan whisky, Diageo, Glen Garioch whisky, Walkers Shortbread, to name but a few. His expertise and knowledge of Scottish produce has led Craig to create bespoke menus, pairing locally distilled whiskies and gins with key Aberdeenshire produce. Craig has also produced recipes and cookery films to support Scottish brands and promote their products online and via social media platforms.

The Kilted Chef brand is synonymous with high quality food, using only fresh, local and seasonal produce. Craig has worked hard to deliver a food and drink experience which is a cut above the rest. As a member of the Federation of Chefs, Craig was also inducted into the Masterchefs of Great Britain.
