Culinary Education

To inspire the next generation of chefs, Craig undertook a project with Aberdeenshire Council education department to deliver a series of films aimed at children from nursery to Primary 7. Children were given an insight into Craig’s life as a chef and encouraged to try cooking at home, with their family, sharing recipes and dishes that they enjoy or remind them of a time/place/person. The project also celebrated ‘food heroes’ those suppliers and people who are championing great food and drink. Craig delivered live sessions in the school, teaching cooking techniques and tips.
